Ken Gelpi has over 25 years of experience litigating and arbitrating maritime-related disputes arising out of pollution, hull and machinery, collisions, groundings, sinkings, personal injury, cargo loss, and charter party or other similar disputes.  He also regularly represents and advises clients on insurance coverage and maritime-related transactional matters, including coverage disputes, third-party claims, casualty lawsuits, contract interpretation and drafting, litigation of contractual and insurance obligations, and bad faith claims. Ken’s practice encompasses all aspects of admiralty and maritime law.  Ken assists and represents clients in the investigation, defense and recovery related to maritime casualties in arbitration and state and federal courts throughout the United States.
