Edward L. Fenasci

Edward (“Ted”) Fenasci has over 25 years of experience litigating cases in Louisiana and Texas. Ted began his career in the Houston office of Texas’s largest law firm before returning to his home town of New Orleans in the late 1990’s. His extensive experience includes litigating an array of commercial matters, including banking and lending disputes, commercial contract, including lease disputes, insurance defense and coverage matters within the maritime context, including those implicating pollution coverage issues, hull and machinery and personal injury claims, and environmental and environmental compliance claims.
